Are you taking a break from swimming?

Do you feel out of shape and feel the need to get back in shape fast?
Here are some tips to help you get back to feeling the best you can in the water:

1. Do not try to do too much too fast. Start with a long, slow swim. If you can not do a long swim, start with short, slow swimming and gradually build your endurance.

2. Do not live in the "fast lane". If you do master, do not be tempted to "take the place ofYou leave the "Swallow your pride and come out the center or two slower than the last time you succeed ..

3. Do not use fins for speed. Fins are great for technique work and training, but the worst thing you can do is to throw on a pair of fins to "follow."

4. Swim often. Even if you only have 20-30 minutes a day, get into the water as much as possible rather than doing a little exercise and live longer. In other words, it would be better to swim 4 days a week, 30 minutes at a time ofswim 2 days 1 hour per session.

5. Count strokes. This will keep you focused on counseling techniques and in the end. See if you can reduce the average value of your stroke.

6. Setting goals. If you are only able to complete the 200 meters without stopping, do not try to jump up to 1000 meters. Try a new goal each week is small. 300 meters would make sense, then 400, then 600, etc.

Keep in mind these tips and never forget that in the pool, patience + practice = performing at yourThe best!
